As such, KCG maintains strict ethical guardrails in every engagement. These are not just legal limits, they are strategic and reputational imperatives. 

What We Stand For:

• Promoting genuine Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) compliance, not cosmetic improvements. 

• Aligning clients with international AML/CFT standards, sanctions regimes, and regulatory expectations. 

• Building systems that prevent financial misconduct, not conceal it.   

What We Will Not Do:  

• We do not assist clients in evading sanctions or masking noncompliance. 

• We do not tolerate deceptive conduct, data suppression, or false documentation. 

• We do not remain engaged with entities unwilling to correct high-risk behaviors.
